TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Inspection and Monitoring Project.

• Monitor Constructor Performance and Project Status.

• Submit weekly accomplishments report to P&D Engineer.

• Verify Reports submitted by the Contractor.

• Ensure the project to be compliant to NEA and MORESCO-1 Standards.

• Ensure projects to finish before the project deadline.

• Coordinate with CWO pertaining to the Road Right of Way clearance and vegetation clearing.

• Coordinate with Line Inspectors in the preparation of project close out and document preparation.

• Coordinate with CWO in the preparation of House Hold Installation Progress Report.

• Consolidate data and report from service area .

• Assist preparation of the liquidation of the projects .

• Other task related to the project.

QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Electrical Engineer is an advantage.

• Must have at least 1 year experience in the line constructions or other related task.

• Must have knowledge to interpret electrical plan and house wiring installation.

• Fluent in oral and written communication.

• High Moral Integrity and Good human and interpersonal relations.

• Demonstrates disciplined and organized work habits.

• Motorcycle with unexpected LTO Registration is required .

• Driver’s license with code 1 and 2 is required.

• Resident within the franchise area is an advantage.

JOB OBJECTIVE

• Install, maintain, repair and diagnose malfunctions of microwave, telemetry, multiplexing, satellite and other radio and electromagnetic wave communication system needed for the operations of MORESCO-1 Radio Station

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, repair and diagnose malfunctions of microwave, telemetry, multiplexing, satellite and other radio and electromagnetic wave communication system.

• Carries out schedule of maintenance of radio system.

• Maintain radio communication equipment with includes the testing or repairing activities on radio transmitting and receiving equipment

• Maintain electronic communication equipment which includes the check-up and repair electronic equipment, detect malfunction, locate faults and take measures to prevent damage.

• Liaises with vendors, suppliers, service provides and external resources and monitors contractual obligations and performance delivery

• Experiments with various types of equipment to ascertain nest apparatus for the radio station operation.

• Interpret technical information for electronic repair which includes analysis and understand given technical information for electronic word.

• Calibrate electronic instruments-correct and adjust the reliability of an electronic instrument by measuring output and comparing results with the data of a reference devise or a set standardized results.

• Inspect and examine cables and lines to detect possible breakage or damage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A graduate of Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics related or Radio Communication Technician Course and must be license holder.

• Knowledge, Abilities and Skills (thorough knowledge of the theory of transmission and Good working knowledge of AM (Amplitude Modulation) SSB, VHF (Very High Frequency) and FM (Frequency Modulation equipment.

• Has knowledge / background in radio operation.

• Thorough knowledge of test devices and techniques used for discovering defects on operating efficiency.

• Thorough knowledge of radio contraction and able to improvise, when necessary to maintain equipment in serviceable condition.

• Ability to design, or modify equipment to meet specific requirement.

• Ability to diagnose trouble rapidly and to apply measures.

• Ability to prepare clear and concise report.

• Residence within Franchise area of Moresco-1.

JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for the smooth management process of the radio station such as but not limited to managing the logistics, proper housekeeping, handling of manpower under this project, security measures and other related function;

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise the office created for this project such as but not limited to Production, Marketing, Accounts and the Technical.

Prepare recommendation for the program contents/ production as recommended by the production office and contract engagements for commercials and other income generating revenue, subject for approval of the ISDM and GM of Moresco-1.

Close coordination with the ISD for the integration of some programs and activities of MCOs under institutional activities.

Responsible for the supervision of the marketing department/ committee created to augment more sales/ revenue.

Networking with the stakeholders and possible clients and source of information and/or news for the program.

Responsible for the implementation of radio broadcasting issuances, rules, regulations and laws pertaining to radio operations.

Report preparations and performance evaluation of the manpower under this project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in any behavioral science, Management, Marketing, Media Related and other related courses that can best fit this position.

At least 4-year supervisory experience and/or its equivalent.

High Integrity, good human relations, good working habit.

Excellent in written and oral communication both in English and Filipino.

Has knowledge and background in radio station operations .

Assertive, mature and able to work under pressure. Substantial engagement in networking and marketing.

Residence within Franchise area of Moresco-1
