The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of:

Rated Voltage: 240V +/- 20%
Class 1, 60 Hz

Quantity: 2,502 units
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 3,502,800.00
Bid Fee: PHP 5,000.00

Delivery Site: MORESCO-1 Warehouse, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental
Purpose: Replenishment of Residential Kilowatthour Meter Stocks

IMPORTANT NOTES

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Revised Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures for Electric Cooperatives (IRR-RA 10531) and applicable provisions of RA 9184.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the ABC.
Only bidders who have purchased bid documents may attend the Pre-Bid Conference.

Aron mas klaro ug masabtan sa atong Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) ang komposisyon sa inyong bayranan sa kuryente matag bulan—karun ug sa umaabot—among ipresentar ang “Breakdown of Generation Rates” alang sa bulan sa Marso 2026.

Kini nga breakdown nagpakita sa aktwal nga bayronon nga gibayad sa MORESCO-1 ngadto sa atong mga power suppliers o Independent Power Producers (IPPs)—mao kini ang gasto sa pagpalit sa kuryente nga atong ipang-apod-apod sa atong franchise area.

⚖️ 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐀 𝐒𝐀 𝐄𝐑𝐂

Sumala sa mandato sa Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), ang tanang distribution utilities sa nasud gikinahanglan nga magpahibalo ug magpaskin sa ilang monthly generation rates breakdown.

Kini aron mahatagan ug kahayag ang publiko kung asa gikan ang kada bahin sa bayranan—ug unsa ang kontribusyon sa matag sector sa power industry, gikan sa generation, transmission, hangtod sa distribution.
