JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Ensures that executive and administrative support are delivered efficiently and coordinated smoothly, and of the highest service standards in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate in any Behavioral, Social Sciences, or Communication course
  • With a Master’s Degree in Management or behavioral, social science course
  • Must have at least 5 years of related experience in a managerial capacity

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • With high standards of objectivity, independence, and professionalism
  • Knowledge of the nature of the business and operational challenges of an electric cooperative
  • Excellent written skills including writing proposals, reports etc,
  • Excellent presentation and persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates adeptness in teaching/training, coaching, and counseling
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal/relational skills with diverse profiles of people
  • Highly analytical and demonstrate confidence in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Demonstrates disciplined and organized work habits
  • Must be computer-proficient
  • Shares the vision and mission of the cooperative, and demonstrates behavior consistent with the cooperative’s core values.
  • Resident within the franchise area
