Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1), a corporation duly organized and existing under the provision of Presidential Decree 269. MORESCO-1 is a distribution utility operating in the franchise to provide electricity to its member-consumer-owners from the Municipality of Lugait to Opol, City of El Salvador, hinterland barangays of Cagayan de Oro, and 15 barangays of Talakag, Bukidnon.
All applicants are required to attend a pre-membership seminar.
All applicants will be required to process and submit necessary requirements to the Service Area Customer Welfare Officer (CWO).
