Adunay kinatibuk-ang pagsaka sa Residential Rates nga nagkantidad og PHP 0.6191/kWh. Kini nga pagsaka tungod sa mosunod nga mga hinungdan:
1. Nisaka ang Generation Rate og PHP 0.7579/kWh. Ang nag-unang rason sa pagsaka mao ang pagkunhod sa energy sales. Ilabi na, ang billing period gikan Pebrero 26 hangtod Marso 25, 2026 adunay 28 ka adlaw lamang, nga maoy hinungdan sa mas ubos nga energy sales ug, sa baylo, misaka ang nakwenta nga Generation Rate.
Dugang pa, adunay dakong pagsaka sa global fuel prices tungod sa nagpadayon nga tensyon sa Middle East. Usa pa ka hinungdan mao ang paghinay (depreciation) sa Philippine Peso batok sa US Dollar, nga nakaapekto sa pagsaka sa generation costs sa atong mga Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
2. Ni-ubos ang Transmission Rate og mga PHP 0.2207/kWh. Kini tungod sa 15.271% nga pagkunhod sa Ancillary Services Charges nga gisukot sa Ancillary Service Providers ngadto sa National Grid Corporation of the Philippines.
Tungod niini nga mga kausaban, ang epektibong residential rate nahimong PHP 13.2095/kWh.
Ang Low Voltage Customers makasinati og net nga pagsaka nga PHP 0.5201/kWh, nga miresulta sa epektibong rate nga PHP 12.8048/kWh.

Purpose: Replenishment of Residential Kilowatthour Meter Stocks
IMPORTANT NOTES
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Revised Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures for Electric Cooperatives (IRR-RA 10531) and applicable provisions of RA 9184.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the ABC.
Only bidders who have purchased bid documents may attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
