IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Revised Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures for Electric Cooperatives (IRR-RA 10531, 2017) and the applicable provisions of Republic Act No. 9184.
• Only prospective bidders who have purchased the bid documents may participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.
• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
