? JOB OBJECTIVE

Ensure the provision of onsite and offsite medical services including the implementation of a comprehensive wellness program for employees

? TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assesses the work environment for potential health and safety problems.

• Develops and implements a comprehensive Wellness Program.

• Designs, develops and delivers health promotion initiatives.

• Designs and develops an information board for health and safety related information.

• Conducts a range of risk and health assessments.

• Coordinates with the Learning and Welfare Section Head and Learning and Development Specialist to deliver a range of health and safety related training program.

• Facilitates accident follow up.

• Maintains and updates comprehensive employee health records.

• Monitors employee exposure to hazardous chemicals and conducts health surveillance in coordination with the Safety and Environment Officer.

• Undertakes a role in attendance management in counter-checking of sickness-related absences and leaves.• Provides advice to the Learning and Welfare Section Head and concerned employees on return-to-work strategies following serious injury or a period of prolonged ill-health.

• Gives advice on disability issues in the workplace.

• Advises and proposes how the cooperative can achieve compliance with health and safety and employment legislation.

• Keep up to date with legal and professional changes associated with public health and occupational health and safety, and informs personnel concerned with these matters.

• Follows up status of SSS health / maternity related claims.

• Provides documents / information related to availment of healthcare services

• Facilitates employees’ accommodation and efficient availment of accredited hospital services.

• Maintains / conducts inventory of service medication / first aid kits.

• Assists Learning and Welfare Section Head and HR Manager in the preparation of Health Service budget.

? QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Registered nurse

• With formal occupational health-related training

• With at least 3-year occupational health nursing experience

• Certificate on Basic Life Support Training and Bedcare

• Resident within the franchise area

? COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Caring, emphatic and highly organized

• Computer proficient – knowledgeable in most computer applications i.e., MS Office

JOB OBJECTIVE

To provide the Management a tool or study to ensure security of power either favorable terms under bilateral contract with IPP’s, participation in the ILP, trade in the market (IMEM, WESM or open access) at an efficient operation providing reasonable and competitive rates to the consumers with other distribution utilities or power supplier come open access.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises energy procurement and marketing efforts especially in the WESM environment; and manages bilateral contracts to optimize energy purchases and sales.

• Ensures that recoverable cost is considered and prudently recovered pursuant to the guidelines set by the Energy Regulatory Commission.

• Ensures power availability through security of power supply for the Coop requirement:

o Bilateral contracts

o ILP

o Modular gen sets/Embedded generator

o Market (WESM, RES, open access)

o Maintain directory of suppliers

• Conducts study on the rates for the member-consumer at a reasonable cost for the Cooperative’s financial viability.

• Efficient marketing activities during the WESM and open access period.

• Assesses periodic transactions as well as sales performance and lays-out plans and strategies for succeeding procurement and marketing activities.

• Conducts continuous monthly monitoring and evaluation of the non-power cost and recommends the recovery of the revenue requirement through rates implementation and/or requires ERC approval, as applicable.

• Recommends the formulation and calculation of rate making for the CAPEX Planning and OPEX Planning.

• Undertakes continuous evaluation of the coop’s performance as regards bilateral contracts to achieve minimum cost of generation through competitive bidding and recommends wholesale contracting (Bilateral Contract) and purchase in the market (WESM).

• Coordinates with the Engineering Services Department and the Power Supply Technical working Group for the Long Term Forecast for Power Supply Contract, Load Modelling, Optimal Power Supply Mix, Price Structures and Power Supply Procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Electrical Engineer

• With 4-years related experience

• Preferably with background on electric power industry.

• Possesses basic knowledge in the methodology of projections and forecasting

• Resident within the franchise area

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Highly analytical and excellent in decision making

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Proficient in written and oral communication skills and adept in business correspondence

JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for the designs, plans and programs in the construction of transmission and distribution system in conformity with applicable standards and codes

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs, plans and programs in the construction of substation, transmission, and distribution system in compliance to PGC & PDC.

• Prepares transmission development plan.

• Prepares short, medium and long term distribution development plan.

• Assesses and evaluates the power supply requirement of the cooperative.

• Prepares technical specification of equipment and materials needed by customer from the connection point.

• Conducts research on technology updates related to power system improvement and submit recommendation.

• Oversees reportorial compliance and submits to government regulators.

• Supervises employees of the division, evaluates their performance and submit recommendation.

• Prepares annual budget of the Division.

• Identifies staff development and training needs

• Evaluates and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Electrical Engineer

• Must have at least four (4) year experience in the operation and maintenance of Transmission and Distribution system

• Fluent in oral and written communication in English, Filipino and in the dialect used in the area

• High integrity, good human relations, physically and mentally fit and acceptable personal habits.

• Must have a professional driver’s license

• Computer proficient

• A Resident within the franchise area

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Competency Program on Distribution System Modeling and Analysis

• Competency Program on Distribution System Planning

• Competency Program on Distribution System Protection

• Must have adequate knowledge in Philippine Electrical Code, Philippine Grid and Distribution Code and other related Regulations issued by ERC

• Competency on Quality Assurance and Quality control of the distribution materials and equipment’s

• Demonstrates disciplined and organized work habits
