TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the System and Database Administrator in ensuring that the Cooperative Business Processes are provided with an up-to-date and highly effective systems.

• Assist the system and Database Administrator in administering proper and appropriate utilization of running automated systems and ensuring strict and appropriate information security, including protection from viruses.

• Assist the Systems and Database Administrator in ensuring proper and appropriate systems database management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related course.

• At least 3 years experience to Application Systems, IT infrastructure and Network Design functions.

• Highly knowledgeable in current information technologies and trends.

• Resident within the franchise area.

• Shares the vision and mission of the cooperative’s core values..

Adunay PAGUBOS sa presyo sa kuryente balor ug Php 0.40 kada kWh (Alang sa mga Residential Consumers) tungod kay nakakuha kita ug medyo ubos nga Generation Rate sa atong mga power suppliers nga MIUBOS ug Php0.0403/kWh. Ato pang paga’obserbahan ang epekto sa pagsugod sa commercial operations sa Wholsesale Electricity Spot Market kon WESM sa sunod nga mga bulan sa katuyuan nga mapa-ubos pa gihapon nato ang balor sa atong power mix dili lamang sa MORESCO-1 apil na usab ang tanan nga mga power distribution utilities sa tibuok nasud.

NORMEKa’abag turned over P400,000.00 solidarity funds to affected families of EC employees

Northern Mindanao Electric Cooperatives Association, Inc. (NORMECA) through its solidarity financial assistance campaign “NORMEKa’abag” translated briefly as “NORMECA’s Outreaching or Helping Together” has turned over a total donation of P400,000.00 solidarity funds to affected families of EC employees during the recent flood.

On 25 December 2022, numerous flooding incidents in Misamis Oriental, more were in Misamis Occidental were reported due to heavy rains caused by Shear Line and Wind Convergence. This was followed by another LPA-related weather incident on 02 January 2023, around 3:23 PM, moderate to heavy rainfall due to Trough of Low Pressure Area was experienced in different Municipalities of Lanao del Norte.

NORMECA President, MORESCO-1 Board President Nonito M. Labis DVM said that the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (PHILRECA) through the One EC Network Foundation rolled out a campaign for donations for the flood victims, knocking at generous hearts to extend help to our fellow warriors of light and fellow member-consumer-owners affected by the recent flash floods in the franchise area of MOELCI I, MOELCI II, and other ECs. President Labis said this is the premium of solidarity among electric coops in Northern Mindanao that NORMEKa’abag will be a banner solidarity engagement of the Association.

NORMEKa’abag turned over the financial assistance to MOELCI-1 the amount of P78,125; MOELCI-2 in the amount of P181,250; LANECO in the amount of P90,625 and to MORESCO-2 in the amount of P50,000.As of the latest reports from the members of the body, MOELCI-1 have 25 affected employees; MOELCI-2 have 50 two of which were washed put homes; LANECO have 29; and MORESCO-2 have 16 employees affected, most were damaged homes and basic living facilities.

Raised funds were financial assistance from MORESCO-1 (P100,000.00), MORESCO-2 (P50,000.00), FIBECO (P75,000); BUSECO (P50,000); NORMECA (P100,000) and CAMELCO (P26,000), CAMELCO’s donations being given directly to the party most affected by the flood in MOELCI-2.
