The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1), through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to bid for:

METER READING NOTICE SERVER & DISCONNECTION MANPOWER SERVICES (1LOT (A) METER READER SERVICES-REGULAR RATE, EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE ON POLE READING & OTHER METER READING SERVICES (B) NOTICE SERVER (C) DISCONNECTION-POLE, KWHR METER & PAID TO OFFICE).

The scope of technical requirements or specifications are outlined in the Bid Documents to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to the Chairman of Bids and Awards Committee and payment of the corresponding bid fee as stated above.

The project shall be bid in accordance with the provisions of Revised Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures for Electric Cooperatives IRR-RA10531 (2017) and applicable provisions of RA 9184.

Attendees to the pre-bid conference are only the prospective bidders who have bought a bid document or their authorized representative (duly notarized).

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security payable to the electric cooperative as guarantee that the successful bidder shall enter into contract from receipt of the Notice of Award.

Required Bid Security are the following:

Form of Security Amount

A. Cash, Cashier’s check, Manager’s check, 2% of ABC Issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank.

B. Bank draft/ Guarantee or irrevocable letter of 2% of ABC Credit issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank.

MORESCO-1 hereby reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses, accepts or rejects any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or party.

Residential Customers

Adunay kinatibuk-ang pagkunhod sa residential rate nga PHP 1.0840/kWh. Ang Generation Rate mikunhod og PHP 0.6562/kWh. Ang maong pagkunhod tungod sa mosunod nga mga hinungdan:

  1. Mibalik na sa operasyon ang usa ka yunit sa FDC nga miagi og Preventive Maintenance Service sa miaging billing period.
  • Tungod sa igo nga suplay sa kuryente, mikunhod usab ang presyo sa Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM).

Adunay usab pagkunhod sa Transmission Rate, tungod sa pagminus sa Ancillary Services – Reserve Market rates, nga nagresulta sa indikasyon nga pagkunhod nga PHP 0.2762/kWh alang sa Transmission Charges.

Ang atong System Loss Rate mikunhod usab og PHP 0.0341/kWh.

Tungod niini, ang bag-ong effective residential rate karong Oktubre 2025 mao ang PHP 11.1116/kWh.

Non-Residential Customers

  • Ang Low Voltage Customers makasinati og net decrease nga PHP 1.1143/kWh, nga magresulta sa effective rate nga PHP 10.2481/kWh.
Ang LOW VOLTAGE CONSUMERS mao kadtong mga konektado sa kuryente nga gi-tap sa secondary lines sa MORESCO-1 o kadtong mga linya nga molabay human sa mga transformer. Ang mga linya sa low voltage nagdala og rango sa 240 hangtud 480 volts sa kuryente. Pipila sa mga ehemplo mao ang mga gamay nga komersyal, mga street light, ug uban pang mga pampublikong pasilidad.
  • Ang High Voltage Customers makasinati usab og net decrease nga PHP 0.7736/kWh, nga magresulta sa effective rate nga PHP 9.2109/kWh.
Ang HIGH VOLTAGE CONSUMERS mao kadtong mga gagamit nga ang ilang koneksyon sa kuryente gi-tap sa primary lines sa MORESCO-1 o kadtong mga linya nga molabay sa unahan sa transformer. Ang mga linya sa high voltage nagdala og 7.62 kilovolts (kV), 13.2 kV o 23 kV nga kuryente. Pipila sa mga ehemplo mao ang dagko nga komersyal, mga planta ug mga espesyal nga operasyon nga adunay industrial nga load.
