NEA Memo No. 2023-43 entitled ” Preparations Before, During and After Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections and Guidelines For Reporting of Electric Cooperatives to The NEA Power Taskforce Elections 2023″,
Effective immediately, the ESDM is placing the entire M1 Franchise under RED ALERT STATUS.
