Maayong adlaw sa atong mga pinalanggang Miyembro-Konsumante-Tag-iya sa MORESCO-1 labi na gayud ang mga MCO sa DISTRICT 2  (Manticao).

Human sa pagtuki sa atong Screening Committee alang sa Piniliay nato sa Representante sa Hunta Direktiba sa atong District 2 (Manticao) karung Sabado, Marso 18, 2023, kamo gipahibalo nga aduna kitay usa ra ka Qualified Candidate nga mudagan ug magpa pili isip Board of Director. Busa usa kini ka UNCONTESTED Election. Ang atong official candidate mao si:

Ato lamang nga pormal nga paga-abrehan ang atong gitagana nga ballot box karong Sabado, Marso 18, 2023) sa alas otso (08:00hs) sa buntag, i-hulog ang bisan 3 – 5 lamang ka mga official ballots nga i-cast arun ma-tala nga nahitabo gayud ang usa ka election. Dinha na dayun i-proklama ug i-hurar ang napili nga kandidato (midaug).

Capacity Development for M1 MCOs’ Journey to Transformation and Empowerment

MORESCO-1’s  Community Development Officers’ (CDO) went through another Capacity Development for M1 Member-Consumer Owners’ Journey to Transformation and Empowerment today March 13, 2023 at the EPTC Function Hall with M1’s inspirational journey – consultant Dr. Dixon Yasay

The current session in the series of capacity training is to facilitate learnings in sustainable development, promote good governance and inclusiveness, through collaboration with the core stakeholder of the EC, its members-consumers-owners.

Dr. Yasay showed this concept in parts, creating awareness among the MCOs to demand for accountability in the institutions of governance like MORESCO-1. Promote the rights of the MCOs, delivering programs that focus on the economic development  of its MCOs.

Director Bryan Lucky Z. Noble re-elected as MORESCO-1’s District 11 Director (Talakag and 11 Cagayan de Oro Barangays)

Talakag Central School, Talakag, Bukidnon. Bryan Luck Z. Noble , an Insurance Advisor who also runs a family business and a former government employee was re-elected Board Director to represent MORESCO-1’s District 11 covering  the 17 barangays of Talakag, Bukidnon and 11 hinterland barangays of Cagayan de Oro, at 9 in the morning today, March 11, 2023.

Forty-year-old Noble, an Insurance advisor by profession graduated Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Xavier University (Ateneo de Cagayan) in Cagayan de Oro City is married to Dyan Stephanie Noble. Being a member of the Board of Directors in the premier electric cooperative in the country for 3 years, he was instrumental in the strengthening of the capability of the barangay and federated member-consumer-owners (MCOs) and Multi-sectoral Electrification Advisory Council (MSEAC) to help strengthen the role of the EC’s MCOs as essential players in the rural electrification program under the challenges of the EPIRA environment.

A lone candidate of the district, he was proclaimed by the District Election Committee (DECOM) composed of Chairman Anthony Y. Pacamalan; Secretary Ric D. Gabe; and Marcel Tagalogon in the presence of the MORESCO-1 GM Jovel B. Ubay-ubay, Institutional Services Department Manager and concurrent Acting General Manager of MORESCO-2 Edna S. Putian-Diango, Talakag Service Area Manager Engineer Reniel Cabantac, the Talakag Service Area Customer Welfare Team and the Team wISDom who ran and managed all the district elections of MORESCO-1 franchise area.

Director Noble will be formally sworn into office during the Hybrid Sequential District Assembly for District 11 (Talakag and CDO Barangays) on Wednesday, May 3, 2023
