The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1), through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to bid for the procurement of MORESCO 1 DATA CENTER – DESIGN, SUPPLY AND BUILD.

The scope of technical requirements or specifications are outlined in the Bid Documents to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to the Chairman of Bids and Awards

Committee and payment of the corresponding bid fee as stated above.

The project shall be bid in accordance with the provisions of R.A. 10531.

Attendees to the pre-bid conference are only the prospective bidders who have bought bid documents, or their authorized representative (duly notarized).

Bidders shall submit samples as required. BAC thru TWG, with proper labelling and accompanied by delivery receipt.

Bid Security must be 2% of the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the form of cash, cashier’s check or manager’s check and Bank Guarantee only.

MORESCO-1 hereby reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses, accepts or rejects any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or party.

Asa mupaingun ang inyong gibayad ug arun mapasabot nga dili lamang ang MORESCO-1 ang inyong gibayran. Ang tanang taripa nga mulangkub sa kinatibuk-an balayrunon sa mga konsumidor sa kuryente, miagi ug pagsusi, pagtuki ug inaprobahan kini sa Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC),usa ka ahensiya sa gobyerno nga maoy adunya mandato sa kung pila ang balayrunon sa kuryente gikan sa paghimo, pag-angkat, pagpalit, pag-apud-apud ngadto sa mga end-users.

Ang PRESYO SA world market niini GASAKA PA GIHAPON bisan pa man nga ang Diesel ug Gasoline sa market Mi-ubos o mi’kunhod na. Kini tungod kay ang demand sa kalibutan sa COAL taas pa gihapon kaayo apan ang gi-mugna o gi-mina niini gamay ra. Kinin tungod kay aduna pa gihapoy mga nasod nga kaniadto gikuhaan sa COAL apan karon wala na naka produce tungod sa gubat sa RUSSIA ug UKRAINE.

ANG “TRUE COST” SA ATONG SYSTEM LOSS CHARGE

Mao kini ang nawala nga kurente gikan sa tinubdan (GENERATION) paingon sa High Voltage line ni NGCP nga gidawat sa Substation ni MORESCO-1 aron iyang ipahaom ang boltahe nga sarang magamit sa kabalayan.

Sugod sa bulan sa November 2022 ang true cost of System Loss Charge na ang gipahamtang tungod kay nahuman na ang atong adjustment niini. Mao nga ang P0.3436/kwh giwala na hinungdan nga adunay pagsaka sa atong Systems Loss.

ANG ATONG DSM – Distribution, Supply and Metering

Ang binuloan nga kantidad nga P1.9561 matag kWh nga mopaingun sa MORESCO-1 isip distribution utility – electric cooperative, gamiton arun makasustento sa operasyon niini, ug pagpadagan sa negosyo sa kuryente. Kini nga kantidad, walay pagtaas gikan pa sa tuig 2010.

Ang MORESCO-1 nahimo lamang COLLECTOR sa ubang taripa arun ibayad sa planta sa Generation sa sugang dagitab ug elektrisidad, sa NGCP ug buhis alang sa Gobyerno.

Hinaot nga amo kamong mapasabot ug matagaan kami ug panahon nga ipasabot kining mga panghitabo nga nakaingun sa kamahal dili lamang sa kuryente, apan apil na usab ang mga lain-laing mga consumer goods and services nga atong gisagubang karun.
