? JOB OBJECTIVE• Responsible for the conduct of technical analysis; • Voltage, system loss, short circuit and reliability
? TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducts periodic load flow simulation for system assessment• Prepares system loss, voltage, reliability, and short circuit analysis and reports• Prepares monthly segregation of losses• Prepares load forecast per substation• Prepare hourly, monthly and yearly load profile per substation• Assist in the preparation of short, medium and long range Distribution Development Plan• Assist in the preparation of Transmission Development Plan• Assist in the preparation of Enhance Integrated Computerized Planning Model• Identifies staff development and training needs• Evaluates and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.• Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time• Prepare and submit performance measurement and reward system (PMRS) Targets and Accomplishments to division chief
? QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS• Registered Electrical Engineer• Must have at least three (3) year experience in the operation of Power system• Knowledge on Project and Risk Management• Fluent in oral and written communication in English, Filipino and in the dialect used in the area• High integrity, good human relations, and acceptable personal habits• Must have a professional driver’s license• Highly Analytical • Computer proficient• Team player and good leadership skills• A Resident within the franchise area
? COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS• Competency Program on Distribution System Modeling and Analysis• Competency Program on Distribution System Planning• Competency Program on Distribution System Protection• Must have adequate knowledge in Philippine Electrical Code, Philippine Grid and Distribution Code and other related Resolutions and Rules issued by ERC• Demonstrates disciplined and organized work habits• Shares the vision and mission of the cooperative, and demonstrates behavior consistent with the cooperatives core values
