?JOB OBJECTIVE

• To ensure connectivity & integrity of all communication network of the Cooperative. • To administer appropriate use and protection of the Communications Network consistent with the specified requirements of the Cooperative and ensuring security of information running in the network. • To ensure that all hardware and infrastructure supporting the network are in accordance with proper specifications and of optimal use. • To ensure proper implementation of the maintenance program of hardware and infrastructure supporting the cooperative’s communication networks.

?TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducts technological research and makes proposals for communication network infrastructures, including hardware requirements, to ensure network integrity and security and to enable continuing innovations to ensure responsiveness of the network. • Supervise the installation and ensures operational efficiency of all required communication network infrastructure • Formulates Network Maintenance program and ensure appropriate implementation to maintain connectivity and reliability 24/7. • Evaluates and assesses the efficiency, reliability and integrity of the Network and provides appropriate recommendations for timely management actions. • Ensures the effective, prudent and accountable use of network resources including bandwidth management by ensuring compliance to relevant policies, guidelines and procedures. • Oversees the engagement of internet service providers and ensures compliance to terms and provisions in the contract. • Assists the ICT Division Chief in the negotiation, securing agreements and oversee the contract for lease agreement of private properties utilized by the cooperative in the communication network systems. • Secures the network facility of the cooperative including appropriate protection from viruses. • Ensures that communication network access and user’s security levels are strictly implemented and in accordance to company policies and guidelines • Evaluates and recommends appropriate computer hardware specifications to all company users in accordance to the requirements of the job. • Assists the ICT Division Chief in the planning and implementation of Disaster Recovery preparedness for all ICT infrastructure, information systems and databases. • Acts as the Officer-In-Charge of the ICT Division in case of management directives in the absence of the ICT Division Chief • Submits reportorial requirements timely and completely. • Identifies staff development and training needs • Evaluates and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.• Assumes other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.


?QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering • With 3-year experience in network administration and maintenance • Highly knowledgeable on current information technologies and trends • Adept knowledge on power industry operation • Resident within the franchise area

Due to the impending construction of the new MORESCO-1 Administration Building, the Laguindingan Service Area (LSA) will transfer its client-facing services to a temporary customer service facility located behind the Emmanuel Pelaez Training Center (EPTC) Building before the M1 Covered Court. All these are in the MORESCO-1 operations facility adjacent to MORESCO-1 headquarters.

In partnership with BDO Unibank, Inc., we officially launch our MORESCO-1 and BDO Payment Centers Engagement. BDO already conducted all necessary preparations including user acceptance tests and reports protocols. BDO have already started soft opening since August 27, 2021 as test period for those customers who were aware of the services.

BDO will receive payment from the following channels that were successfully enabled to further augment existing collection process.

4. Automated Teller Machines (ATM)

Settle your bills anytime, anywhere through these BDO payment channels:

⚫️ ONLINE BANKING BILLS PAYMENT | Log in to your BDO Online Banking account at https://online.bdo.com.ph

 Click Enrollment > Company / Biller (MORESCO-1) > Enroll

 Fill out the Enrollment Details and click Submit

 Once enrolled, go to Pay Bills and Reload > Bills Payment > Pay Bills

 Fill out Payment Details and click Submit

NOTE: Enrolling your Biller via Online Banking Bills Payment allows you to pay your bills thru any BDO ATM nationwide.

⚫️ MOBILE BANKING BILLS PAYMENT | Log in to your BDO Mobile Banking app via your smartphone or tablet

 Click Enrollment Services > Enroll Company / Biller (MORESCO-1)

 Fill out the Enrollment Details

 Once enrolled, go to Pay Bills > Enrolled Billers

 Fill out Payment Details and click Continue

⚫️ BILLS PAYMENT via ATM

 Select the Bills Payment button

 Select the type of account that will be used to pay

 For Enrolled Bills Payment, select Enrolled Accounts

 Enter the amount to be paid > Enter the 6-digit PIN and Confirm

⚫️ OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) Deposit Payment at any BDO Branch

 Get a copy of BDO Transaction Slip

 Fill out the necessary details:

o Company Name: MORESCO-1

o Institution / Client Code: 1627

o Subscriber’s 12-Digit Account Number

o Subscriber’s Name: (First name + Last name)

 Give the filled-out BDO Transaction Slip to the teller.
