SCHEDULES, VIEWING CENTERS & ZOOM LINKS FOR DISTRICT ASSEMBLIES
To Our Valued Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs),
We are pleased to remind you that this coming April – May 2025, we will be celebrating the 55th Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA) alongside the 57th Anniversary of our Electric Cooperative’s establishment.
This year’s AGMA will be conducted through Hybrid Sequential AGMA District Meetings, culminating in a Franchise-Wide Virtual Assembly.
What is a Hybrid Meeting?
A Hybrid AGMA combines both physical and virtual participation through Zoom Modality. To accommodate MCOs facing technological challenges, designated Viewing Centers will be available in each district, where the virtual assembly will be projected live. Despite attending via a Viewing Center, members can still engage in the discussions, send live messages and video comments, participate in deliberations on resolutions, and be part of the plenary sessions.
Important Reminder:
Proxy attendance will NOT be allowed.
You are strongly encouraged to join virtually and participate physically — only in the district where you are affiliated.
You are strongly discouraged from joining both virtually and in person multiple times. Registering for multiple Zoom meetings or attending different viewing centers on separate days is strictly prohibited.
Zoom links for the virtual assembly will be sent via SMS upon registration and verification.

Access to electricity is a key factor in improving lives and fostering development, yet many communities still live in darkness. In response, MORESCO-1, in collaboration with the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers (IIEE) – Cagayan de Oro City Chapter and the Local Government Unit of Initao, Misamis Oriental, continues its mission to illuminate households in underserved areas through the Dan’ag (Give Light) – Light-A-Home Program.
On March 8, 2023, a total of 28 households in Puroks 2 and 6, Barangay San Pedro, Initao received the gift of electricity—marking another milestone in our commitment to bridging the energy gap.
Through the dedication of volunteer electricians, engineers, and our community partners, this initiative has brought hope and opportunity to families who now have access to safer, brighter homes.
???? The power of collaboration and bayanihan shines through once again! Together, we continue to light up lives and pave the way for a brighter future.
