MORESCO-1 CDOs in 4th Quarter Performance Review

January 3, 2024 | Location: Emmanuel Pelaez Training Center, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental –In a commendable display of dedication and excellence, the Community Development Officers (CDOs) of MORESCO-1 underwent their 4th Quarter Performance Review today January 3, 2024, at the Emmanuel Pelaez Training Center in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. Facilitated by the esteemed Dr. Dixon Q. Yasay, the session aimed to assess and celebrate the achievements of the CDOs in fostering community development within the electric cooperative’s service area.

The quarterly review served as a platform to evaluate the impact of the various community development initiatives implemented by MORESCO-1 through the 12 Task Championing Matrix. Dr. Yasay, with his extensive experience in community development, provided valuable insights and guidance to enhance the effectiveness of the officers’ efforts.

The event began with an overview of the accomplishments and challenges faced by the CDOs during the 4th quarter of the year. Reports highlighted successful community projects, such as electrification programs, livelihood support, and educational initiatives that significantly contributed to the betterment of the local communities.

Dr. Yasay commended the CDOs for their unwavering commitment to the cooperative’s mission of not only providing reliable electricity but also actively participating in the holistic development of the communities they serve. He emphasized the importance of sustainable and community-centric programs in building lasting relationships and fostering positive change.
