Adunay kinatibuk-ang pagkunhod sa residential rate nga mga PHP 0.5979/kWh. Ang hinungdan niini nga pagkunhod gumikan sa pagka-menos sa atong Generation Rate nga mga PHP 0.5024/kWh, nga resulta sa pagkunhod sa variable rates sa pipila ka Independent Power Producers (IPPs), lakip na ang presyo sa Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM).

Bisan pa sa pagkunhod sa atong Generation Rate, misaka ang Transmission Rate og PHP 0.0384/kWh tungod sa pagkunhod sa atong panginahanglan o demand  sa kuryente. Apan, ang System Loss Rate mikunhod og PHP 0.0211/kWh.

Tungod niining mga kausaban sa rate, ang epektibong rate alang sa Residential Customers mao ang PHP 11.3465/kWh.

Sa laing bahin, ang Low Voltage adunay kinatibuk-ang pagkunhod nga PHP 0.5176/kWh nga adunay epektibong rate (effective rate) nga PHP 10.5357/kWh.

Ang LOW VOLTAGE CONSUMERS mao kadtong mga konektado sa kuryente nga gi-tap sa secondary lines sa MORESCO-1 o kadtong mga linya nga molabay human sa mga transformer. Ang mga linya sa low voltage nagdala og rango sa 240 hangtud 480 volts sa kuryente. Pipila sa mga ehemplo mao ang mga gamay nga komersyal, mga street light, ug uban pang mga pampublikong pasilidad.

Samtang ang High Voltage adunay kinatibuk-ang pagkunhod nga PHP 0.5831/kWh uban sa epektibong taripa (effective rate) nga PHP 9.3934/kWh.

Ang HIGH VOLTAGE CONSUMERS mao kadtong mga gagamit nga ang ilang koneksyon sa kuryente gi-tap sa primary lines sa MORESCO-1 o kadtong mga linya nga molabay sa unahan sa transformer. Ang mga linya sa high voltage nagdala og 7.62 kilovolts (kV), 13.2 kV o 23 kV nga kuryente. Pipila sa mga ehemplo mao ang dagko nga komersyal, mga planta ug mga espesyal nga operasyon nga adunay industrial nga load.

JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Responsible for the implementation of safety and environment management practices of the cooperative.
  • Ensures the cooperative’s compliance with regulations related to safety and environmental protection.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES     

  • Oversees the implementation of safety standard practices and operating procedures
  • Review line and equipment operating procedures and submit recommendations
  • Conducts periodic safety training and drills
  • Checks and submits reports on the adequacy and conditions of working tools and equipment
  • Compiles, analyses, interprets, and reports statistical data related to occupational illness and accidents to management and regulatory agencies
  • Participates in the final check-out of new installations of substations, Lines, equipment, and coop facilities
  • Inspect facilities and machinery to identify and correct potential hazards and to ensure safety regulation compliance
  • Prepares and submits regular reports to regulatory agencies; DENR-EMB, DOLE , NEA and ERC
  • Investigates accidents and submits reports and recommendations for management action
  • Reports any violation of personnel safety practices.
  • Coordinates the conduct of monthly Safety Committee meetings and monitors implementation of agreed action plans.
  • Implementation of Safety Standards
  • Recommends and monitors implementation of pollution control and waste management programs.
  • Submits annual and monthly Safety Performance reports to management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer 
  • Certificate in COSH and BOSH Training
  • Certificate in Pollution Control training
  • At least three (3) year’s experience in the operation and maintenance of Power system
  • Must have a professional driver’s license
  • Resident within the franchise area
