The establishment of the Jampason Satellite holds crucial importance in efficiently serving our member-consumers in Libertad and Initao Districts. Demonstrating value to them exemplifies superior customer service. The Manticao Service Area perceives this endeavor as instrumental in preserving our franchise and creating an optimal environment for strategizing our marketing efforts.

Commencing operations on April 2, 2024, the Jampason Satellite Office, situated within the MORESCO-1 facility in Brgy. Jamapson, Initao, Misamis Oriental, will cater to the community’s needs. It will be open for visits from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and will feature:

A well-structured Collection Center to manage tasks and payments efficiently.
A Customer Welfare facility dedicated to assisting new applicants, facilitating reconnections, and addressing other concerns of member-consumers.
A Line Maintenance Crew tasked with ensuring seamless operations and resolving any service-related issues promptly.

MIUBOS ANG ATONG “POWER RATES” alang sa atong mga RESIDENTIAL CONSUMERS para sa Billing Month sa MARSO 2024 – – – – PHP10.5159 /KWH.

Adunay kinatibuk-ang pag-ubos balor ug PHP 0.2265/kWh alang sa mga residential customers.Bisan pa ug adunay pag-ubos sa variable cost sa pipila nato ka mga IPP Suppliers ug sa Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (kun WESM), adunay pag-ubos sa atong Generation Rate ngadto sa PHP0.2631/kWh, apil na usab ang pagkunhod sa atong System Loss Charge balor ug PHP 0.0224/kWh.

Bisan man tuod ug mikunhod ang Generation ug System Loss Rate, ang Transmission Rate mi-taas ug balor PHP 0.0761/ kWh.

Kini nga mga makanunayong kausaban mi resulta sa atong effective rate karung bulana ngadto sa PHP 10.5159 / kWh alang sa mga Residential nga konsumidor.
