Project Details
- Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 16,147,300.00
- Bid Fee (Non-Refundable): PHP 25,000.00
- Delivery Period: 45 days upon receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed (PO/NTP)
- Purpose: Procurement for APP 2025 Batch 2 – Line Hardwares
- Delivery Site: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at MORESCO-1 Warehouse, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental

Supply and Delivery of Materials under PR for Distribution Line Extension – APP 2025 Batch 2 (Conductors) – Second Publication
Project Details
- Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 10,920,000.00
- Bid Fee (Non-Refundable): PHP 25,000.00
- Delivery Period: Item Nos. 1–5: 45 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP)
- Purpose: Procurement for APP 2025 Batch 2 – Conductors
- Delivery Site: FOB Destination – MORESCO-1 Warehouse, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Revised Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures for Electric Cooperatives (IRR-RA 10531, 2017) and the applicable provisions of Republic Act No. 9184.
- Only prospective bidders who have purchased the bid documents may participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
