The establishment of the Jampason Satellite holds crucial importance in efficiently serving our member-consumers in Libertad and Initao Districts. Demonstrating value to them exemplifies superior customer service. The Manticao Service Area perceives this endeavor as instrumental in preserving our franchise and creating an optimal environment for strategizing our marketing efforts.

Commencing operations on April 2, 2024, the Jampason Satellite Office, situated within the MORESCO-1 facility in Brgy. Jamapson, Initao, Misamis Oriental, will cater to the community’s needs. It will be open for visits from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and will feature:

  1. A well-structured Collection Center to manage tasks and payments efficiently.
  2. A Customer Welfare facility dedicated to assisting new applicants, facilitating reconnections, and addressing other concerns of member-consumers.
  3. A Line Maintenance Crew tasked with ensuring seamless operations and resolving any service-related issues promptly.
