Ang LOW VOLTAGE CONSUMERS mao kadtong mga konektado sa kuryente nga gi-tap sa secondary lines sa MORESCO-1 o kadtong mga linya nga molabay human sa mga transformer. Ang mga linya sa low voltage nagdala og rango sa 240 hangtud 480 volts sa kuryente. Pipila sa mga ehemplo mao ang mga gamay nga komersyal, mga street light, ug uban pang mga pampublikong pasilidad

Ang mga linya sa high voltage nagdala og 7.62 kilovolts (kV), 13.2 kV o 23 kV nga kuryente. Pipila sa mga ehemplo mao ang dagko nga komersyal, mga planta ug mga espesyal nga operasyon nga adunay industrial nga load.

From the moment he stepped into MORESCO-1, Engr. Collen has carried with him the values, principles, and work ethic instilled by the trailblazing pioneers who came before him. Today, we don’t just see a new GM — we see a man molded by experience, sharpened by service, and guided by the shining legacies of those he followed.

This morning marked a milestone for the people of Punta Silum, Manticao, as National Electrification Administration (NEA) , MORESCO-1, Congressional Office of District 2 – Cong. Yevgeny Vincente B. Emano. LGU Manticao in partnership with the Barangay Council and local leadership, officially energized 22 new household beneficiaries in Purok 4, Lower and Upper Punta Silum.
Held at the Punta Silum Covered Court, the Ceremonial Energization Program gathered leaders, partners, and community members to celebrate the completion of this electrification project that now brings light and new opportunities to the sitio.
Among the key highlights was the signing and ceremonial turn-over of the Certificate of Completion, officiated by representatives from the congressional, municipal, and MORESCO-1 leadership:

The ceremonial symbolic energization lit more than just a bulb—it illuminated the future of 22 households, whose lives will now be powered by safe, reliable electricity. Each new consumer also received their MORESCO-1 Membership Certificate, officially welcoming them to the cooperative.
During the closing remarks, GM Tarcelo, Area Manager Legaspi, Vice Mayor Lagrosas, and Mr. Talja emphasized MORESCO-1’s commitment to energizing rural communities—one sitio at a time.
This event stands as a testament to the power of cooperation, persistence, and the shared dream of light for all.
