Matag Kumpirmadong Pilferage Report – Adunay Ganting Madawat (Bantay-Boltahe)

Ang Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc (MORESCO-1) mihangyo sa publiko sa pag report sa mga pilferers ug mga illegal nga mga koneksiyon sa kuryente arun sa paghunong sa pagpangawat sa kuryente.

Ang MORESCO-1, mipagawas bag-o pa lamang sa “Bantay-Boltahe” Program isip kampanya sa pagpahibalo kabahin sa  Policy To Reward Tipster For Pilferage Activities Having Differential Billing Computations  – diin ang mga tipsters makadawat ug mga ganti o rewards kung ang ilang report kabahin sa power pilferage mapamatud’an nga positibo.

Ang ganti balor ug P500.00 sa matag kumpirmado ug naproseso nga report  nga gi-sumiter sa usa ka regular nga empleyado sa MORESCO-1, ug walay labot ang mga sakop sa Energy Recovery Team sa maong Kooperatiba.

Usa ka ganti usab balor P1,000.00 sa matag kumpirmado ug na proseso nga report nga gisumiter sa bisan kinsa nga outsource o contractual nga empleyado sa MORESCO-1 o sa uban pa nga adunay personal nga kahibalo sa mga gi-sumiter nga mga kalapasan o violations.

Adunay premyo o ganti ang matag usa ka account o connection. Kung adunay mo-report ug pipila ka nga accounts ug kumpirmado nga positibo human ang pagtuki ug pagsusi sa mga kalapasan, matag usa ka account adunay ganti nga mapaabot.

Isugoro sa MORESCO-1 nga ang confidentiality sa matag report. KINI NGA MGA GANTI EXCLUSIVE LAMANG NGADTO SA MGA REPORTED PILFERAGES NGA ADUNAY DIFFERENTIAL BILLING COMPUTATIONS.

Ang mga illegal o ginadili nga mga kalihukan ubos sa Akta Republika (RA) 7832, o ang Anti-Electric Transmission Lines/Materials Pilferage Act of 1994, naglakip sa mga electric tamper, jumper, flying connections, pagamit sa usa ka current reversing transformer, illegal transformer,  transfer of meter, shorting or shunting sa mga wires in meter socket, pagamit sa loop connection, ug pagdaut sa meter, mga ekipo, wire ug mga  conduit.

Ang mga makalapas mag-atubang ug unom ngadto sa 12 ka tuig nga  pagkabilanggo, ug multa balor P10,000 ngadto sa P20,000, apil na usab ang pagbayad sa differential billing sa milabay nga lima ka tuig apil na ang mga surcharges niini.

Kung naa kamo’y gusto i-report, pwede mutawag sa mga Customer Welfare Officers (CWOs) niini nga mga Service Areas:

“Bantay-Boltahe” launched to reward pilferage tipsters

The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc (MORESCO-1) has urged the public to report pilferers and illegal power connections to stop electricity theft.

MORESCO-1, in an advisory released this week, launched its “Bantay-Boltahe” program, as an info campaign for Policy To Reward Tipster For Pilferage Activities Having Differential Billing Computations; where tipsters will receive rewards should their report on power pilferage operations turned out positive.

An amount of P500.00 per confirmed and processed report submitted by any regular employees of the coop, except for those who form part of the Energy Recovery Team of the Coop.

An amount of P1,000.00 per confirmed and processed report submitted by any outsource or contractual employees of MORESCO-1 and any persons who have personal knowledge of the said violations.

The rewards shall cover per account or connection. Should the person report several accounts and confirmed to be positive after due process, each account shall bear a reward.

MORESCO-1 assured that reports will be strictly confidential. THIS REWARD WILL COVER ONLY  THOSE REPORTED PILFERAGES HAVING DIFFERENTIAL BILLING COMPUTATIONS.

Illegal activities under Republic Act 7832, or the Anti-Electric Transmission Lines/Materials Pilferage Act of 1994, include electric tamper, jumper, flying connections, use of a current reversing transformer, illegal transfer of meter, shorting or shunting of wire in meter socket, use of loop connection, and destroying of meter, equipment, wire and conduit.

Violators will face imprisonment of six to 12 years, a fine of P10,000 to P20,000, payment of differential billing in the last five years, and surcharges.

With the near completion of election Returns Processed by COMELEC, the ESDM declares the RED ALERT STATUS LIFTED.

However, The Engineering, Service Area and CorPlan Departments are enjoined to closely monitor and respond to any power interruptions incidents. As Directed by NEA and DOE, Election Taskforce Power Reporting is still in effect until November 6, 2023
