Ang Transmission Rate misaka usab og PHP 0.1823/kWh tungod sa pagsaka sa Coincident Peak Ratio — nagpasabot nga misaka ang energy input nga gikan sa Residential customers niadtong Disyembre 2025. Tungod sa panahon sa kapaskuhan, kadaghanan sa atong mga konsyumer nagpabilin sa ilang mga balay, hinungdan sa mas taas nga konsumo sa kuryente.
Gawas pa niini, ang Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) nagpagawas usab og mga pahibalo nga ipatuman ang koleksyon sa mosunod:
FiT-All (Feed-in-Tariff Allowance) – Ang bag-ong rate nga gitakda sa TransCo gikan PHP 0.2073 padulong PHP 0.2011/kWh;
GEA-All (Green Energy Auction Allowance) – usa ka pass-through charge nga gigamit sa pagbayad sa mga generator/supplier nga nakadaog sa Green Energy Auction sa Department of Energy (DOE) (solar, wind, hydro, biomass), aron suportahan ang dugang nga kapasidad sa renewable energy ug matuman ang energy mix target sa gobyerno; ug
RECs (Renewable Energy Certificates) – bayad alang sa pagpalit sa Renewable Energy Certificates gikan sa kwalipikadong renewable energy sources, isip pagtuman sa Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS).
Bisan pa sa pagsaka sa ubang mga rate components, mikunsad ang System Loss Rate og PHP 0.0055/kWh.
Tungod niini nga mga kausaban, ang epektibong residential rate karon kay PHP 12.1427/kWh.
Non-Residential Customers (Dili Panimalay)
• Low Voltage Customers – adunay net increase nga PHP 0.8741/kWh, nga nagresulta sa epektibong rate nga PHP 11.8399/kWh.
Ang LOW VOLTAGE CONSUMERS mao kadtong mga konektado sa kuryente nga gi-tap sa secondary lines sa MORESCO-1 o kadtong mga linya nga molabay human sa mga transformer. Ang mga linya sa low voltage nagdala og rango sa 240 hangtud 480 volts sa kuryente. Pipila sa mga ehemplo mao ang mga gamay nga komersyal, mga street light, ug uban pang mga pampublikong pasilidad.
• High Voltage Customers – adunay usab net increase nga PHP 0.4706/kWh, nga may epektibong rate nga PHP 9.6472/kWh
Ang HIGH VOLTAGE CONSUMERS mao kadtong mga gagamit nga ang ilang koneksyon sa kuryente gi-tap sa primary lines sa MORESCO-1 o kadtong mga linya nga molabay sa unahan sa transformer. Ang mga linya sa high voltage nagdala og 7.62 kilovolts (kV), 13.2 kV o 23 kV nga kuryente. Pipila sa mga ehemplo mao ang dagko nga komersyal, mga planta ug mga espesyal nga operasyon nga adunay industrial nga load.

The scope of technical requirements or specifications are outlined in the Bid Documents to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to the Chairman of Bids and Awards Committee and payment of the corresponding bid fee as stated above.
The project shall be bid in accordance with the provisions of Revised Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures for Electric Cooperatives IRR-RA10531 (2017) and applicable provisions of RA 9184 and RA 10531.
Attendees to the pre-bid conference are only the prospective bidders who have bought a bid document or their authorized representative (duly notarized).
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security payable to the electric cooperative as guarantee that the successful bidder shall enter into contract from receipt of the Notice of Award.
Required Bid Security are the following:

Issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank.
B. Bank draft/ Guarantee or irrevocable letter of 2% of ABC
Credit issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank.
MORESCO-1 hereby reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses, accepts or rejects any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or party.
