The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the following procurement projects:

Supply and Delivery of Materials for PR Distribution Line Extension – APP 2025 Batch 2 (Insulators)
📦 Project Details
- Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 5,371,141.00
- Bid Fee (Non-Refundable): PHP 10,000.00
- Delivery Period: 45 days upon receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed (PO/NTP)
- Purpose: Procurement for APP 2025 Batch 2 – Insulators
- Delivery Site: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at MORESCO-1 Warehouse, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental
🔹 PROJECT 2
Supply and Delivery of Distribution Transformers and Accessories
📦 Project Details
- Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 13,191,500.00
- Bid Fee (Non-Refundable): PHP 25,000.00
- Delivery Period: 60 days upon receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed (PO/NTP)
- Purpose: Procurement of Low Voltage Distribution Transformers under APP 2025
- Delivery Site: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at MORESCO-1 Warehouse, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- The bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Revised Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedures for Electric Cooperatives (IRR-RA 10531, 2017) and the applicable provisions of Republic Act No. 9184.
- Only prospective bidders who have purchased the bid documents may participate in the Pre-Bid Conference.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
