The project will include the construction of the concreting of road of MORESCO- 1 headquarters entrance road including the sidewalk, speed humps, drainage, sidewalks, signages and other relevant incidental work relevant to the project and will include all taxes and applicable permits, licenses and clearances for the project mentioned above.

The scope of technical requirements or specifications are outlined in the Bid Documents to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to the Chairman of Bids and Awards Committee and payment of the corresponding bid fee as stated above.

The project shall be bid in accordance with the provisions of R.A. 10531.

Attendees to the pre-bid conference are only the prospective bidders who have bought bid documents, or their authorized representative (duly notarized).

Bidders shall submit samples as required. BAC thru TWG, with proper labelling and accompanied by delivery receipt.

Bid Security must be 2% of the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the form of cash, cashier’s check or manager’s check and Bank Guarantee only.

MORESCO-1 hereby reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses, accepts or rejects any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or party.

RESIDENTIAL CONSUMERS POWER RATE UPDATE | Nobyembre 2022 —- Php16.3663 /kWh.

PAHIBALO PARA SA TANAN NATONG MGA MEMBER-CONSUMER-OWNERS (MCOs) — MAO KINI ANG ATONG “POWER RATES UPDATE” alang sa atong mga RESIDENTIAL CONSUMERS para sa Billing Month sa Nobyembre 2022 —- Php16.3663 /kWh.

Adunay pagsaka sa presyo sa kuryente balor ug Php 0.60 kada kWh (Alang sa mga Residential Consumers) tungod kay ang Generation Rate misaka usab. Sa samang bahin, tataw kayo nga naapektohan sa maong pagsaka ang nagpabilin nga galastohan (variable costs) sa Generation ug IPP suppliers tungud sa pagtaas sa fuel (coal ug diesel) nga mahimong sugnud sa pagmugna sa gahum sa elektrisidad.

Gusto natong ipahinumdom sa tanang mga MCOs nga ang taripa sa MORESCO-1 striktong ginapasubay ug gina-regulate sa Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). Maong ang atuang Power Bill Computation naka-base sa mga balaud nga gina-pagawas sa ERC, kung diin:

  1. GENERATION, TRANSMISSION ug GOVERNMENT CHARGES – Ihan-ay kini isip mga “Pass-Through Costs”. Ang breakdown sa Generation Rates | costs kada-tuig atong makita sa atong MORESCO-1 Website – https://mor esco1.com/category/generation-charges/
  • Tungod kay ang MORESCO-1 usa ka non-stock, non-profit, service oriented nga kooperatiba sa serbisyo sa kuryente, dili kita pwede magpa-tubo or magka-profit. Kung unsa gayud ang tinuod ug tataw nga palit sa pag-angkat sa kuryente gikan sa mga Power Generation Companies, mga gasto sa atong pag-gamit sa mga High Voltage Power Lines sa NGCP para maabot ang gipang-angkat nga kuryente ni MORESCO-1 sa iyang mga substations ug ang buluwisan sa kuryente, mao lamang sab ang sukton ug walay bisan pila ka sentimo nga nadugang.

2. DISTRIBUTION CHARGE — Kini mao ang galastohan sa pag-apud-apud sa kuryente nga mupa-ingon sa atuang MORESCO-1. Isip usa ka non-stock, non-profit, service oriented nga kooperatiba sa kuryente, ang taripa dili pwede magpa-ginansya, dapat igu lamang para sa atuang Operation, Maintenance ug Capital Expenditure Projects. Kini naka-basi sa ERC Rules for Setting Electric Cooperatives’ Wheeling Rates (RSEC-WR).

  2. Systems Loss Rate MISAKA balor ug Php 0.4499 /kWh – kadtong mga “SYSTEM LOSS ADJUSTMENTS” nga makita sa atong mga power bill kaniadto isip automatic recovery balor ug P0.3626 gi-undangan na, mao nga ang System Loss na mahi-apil sa imong power bill sukad karun mao na gayud ang ACTUAL SYSTEM LOSS sa MORESCO-1.

Mi’resulta sa atong effective residential consumer rate balor ug Php16.3663/kWh.

LOW VOLTAGE CONSUMERS – Ang Low Voltage adunay kinatibuk’ang pag-saka ug 0.6125 nga adunay effective rate balor ug Php15.3869 /kWh.

HIGH VOLTAGE CONSUMERS – Ang High Voltage adunay kinatibuk’ang pag-saka ug 1.1646 ug adunay effective rate balor ug Php15.1851/kWh.

MORESCO-1’S QMO rolls out Internal Quality Audit Training

EMMANUEL PELAEZ TRAINING CENTER (EPTC), Laguindingan, December 6. 2022 — Selected colleagues of MORESCO-1 participated in Internal Quality Audit Training. The Quality Management Office. Together with AGF’s principal consultant and CEO, Jong Fernandez, facilitated the training which comprehensively covers the clause-by-clause requirements of ISO 9001:2015 from an auditor’s point of view. The thrust is for the participants to effectively audit a quality management system in terms of adequacy, compliance, and effectiveness based on the criteria set by ISO 9001: 2015.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The training which will run today and tomorrow, December 6-7, 2022 at the EPTC will cover topics like audit planning, conducting interviews, data and sampling gathering, preparation and distribution of audit reports and how to review and monitor corrective action reports.
