Usa ka panagtigum  alang sa RESTRUCTURING, STREAMLINING, REFORMING sa mga Modified Financial Downloading (MFDL)  nga sakop sa Manticao Service Area (MSA) gikan distrito sa Lugait ngadto sa Initao gipahigayon niadtong adlaw nga Huwebes, Enero 19, 2023 didto sa MSA Office sa lungsud sa Manticao, Misamis Oriental.

Tumong ug katuyuan sa maong katiguman mao ang pagpaklaro sa tanang nga mga problema ug mga set-backs sa operations niini nga mga MFDL.

Pinanguluhan sa MSA Manager Engr. Dominic Asok, apil na usab ang mga kawani sa MSA nga mao usab ang Customer Accounts Chief (CAC) Chito Amarga inubanan sa mga miyembro sa Hunta Direktiba nga sila si Engr. BERNARD BENAVIDEZ (Manticao) & Engr. EDGAR BUHIAN (Initao) ug mga uban resource persons – Alberto Cohayco, Community Development Officer, CDO sa Initao, Ms. Khem Coleman CDO sa Manticao, ug ang Member Customer Development Chief (MCDC), Mr. Rio M. JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Fits and welds fabricated steel components to assemble structural forms in the assembly and production of electrical, and carpentry equipment and vehicles.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tack parts together in preparation for welding; set up and operate welding equipment;
  • Inspects completed welds to assure adherence to specifications;
  • Removes excess slag; performs precise fitting work on components.
  • Burns efficiently with good quality using a hand-cutting torch.
  • Follows job orders.
  • Performs other duties assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed Metal Arc Welder (TESDA NC-II Certified)
  • At least two (2) year of experience

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Adequate knowledge in the use of modern machine tools and equipment
  • With a professional driver’s license
  • Ability to communicate and get along well with people.
  • Demonstrates disciplined and organized work habits
  • Shares the vision and mission of the cooperative, and demonstrates behavior consistent with the cooperative’s core values.
  • Resident within the franchise area

NEA approves MORESCO-1’s 2023 District Elections, Sequential AGMA

The National Electrification Administration (NEA) approves MORESCO-1 Board Resolution No. 2022-1216-05, Series of 2022 entitled “Resolution Approving the Schedule of District Elections for Initao, Manticao, Libertad and District 11 (17 Barangays of Talakag & 11 Barangays of Cagayan de Oro City and Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA) for the Year 2023,” which is in accordance with the EC By-Laws as follows:

District V (Libertad)                                      –         04 March 2023

District XI (Brgys. Of Talakag & CDO)       –         11 March 2023

District II (Manticao)                                    –         18 March 2023

District IV (Initao)                                        –         25 March 2023

Sequential AGMA                                         –         02-18 May 2023

Franchise-Wide AGMA                                –         19 May 2023

This was announced to MORESCO-1 thru a communique from Deputy Administrator Ernesto  O. Silvano, Jr. of the Electric Cooperative Management Services. MORESCO-1 was reminded by the regulating agency to strictly observe standard health protocols and other directives issued by the authorities including a proper coordination with concerned LGUs, and the following shall be taken into consideration:

  1. Notices to all MCOs were given with proof thereof following the  procedure in the EC By-Laws; and
  2. Attendance  of participating MCOs to the virtual, face-to-face or hybrid AGMA and voting is duly recorded for future reference such as for candidates in future district elections and other  EC activities requiring submission Attendance to AGMA.

Further, MORESCO-1 has to furnish NEA’s Consumer Development and Protection Division (CDPD) with a copy of its AGMA Summary Report, with total number and percentage of attendees, after the conduct of said activity for monitoring of the regulatory agency.
