JOB OBJECTIVE

• Responsible for the efficient, reliable, and safe operation and maintenance of the transmission and distribution lines, equipment & facilities of the service area.
• Responsible for the accurate, efficient, and safe construction of lines by the accepted standards.
• Responsible for the performance and safety of the personnel of the division.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate with a BS in Electrical or Civil Engineering; preferably a Licensed Electrical/Civil Engineer.
• Adept knowledge and skills in line construction, operation, and maintenance of distribution lines and equipment.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a related field
• Must have at least (4) years in line construction, operation, and maintenance of the distribution lines and equipment.
• Must have a professional driver’s license.
• A resident of the franchise area.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• Good in oral and written communication.
• High integrity and good human relations.
• Outstanding leadership skills in Planning, Leading, Organizing & Controlling (POLC).
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Computer skills – knowledgeable in MS Office applications and technical software e.g. Synergee, Autocad, etc.
• Demonstrates disciplined and organized work habits.
• Shares the vision and mission of the cooperative, and demonstrates behavior consistent with the cooperative’s core values.

Qualifications:

• Applicants having a Bachelor’s Degree from accredited schools / universities in any of the following fields: Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics and Communications Engineer).
• Business Administration / Finance Management
• Accountancy
• Behavioral Science
• Juris Doctor / Law Degree

a. Completion of Post-Graduate Degree or its equivalent or with Master’s Degree is preferable.

b. At Least five (5) years supervisory experience who must be willing to relocate with his / her family to the EC Franchise area and must be readily and immediately accessible to the EC headquarters site.

Starting Salary: P150,000.00
