Human sa pagtuki sa atong Screening Committee alang sa Piniliay nato sa Representante sa Hunta Direktiba sa atong District 11 (Talakag) karung Sabado, Marso 11, 2023, kamo gipahibalo nga aduna kitay usa ra ka Qualified Candidate nga mudagan ug magpa pili isip Board of Director. Busa usa kini ka UNCONTESTED Election. Ang atong official candidate mao si:

Ato lamang nga pormal nga paga-abrehan ang atong gitagana nga ballot box karong Sabado (Sabado, Marso 11, 2023) sa alas otso (08:00hs) sa buntag, i-hulog ang bisan 3 – 5 lamang ka mga official ballots nga i-cast arun ma-tala nga nahitabo gayud ang usa ka election. Dinha na dayun i-proklama ug i-hurar ang napili nga kandidato (midaug).

PUBLIC ADVISORY ON FIXING, UNSCRUPULOUS PEDDLING AND COLLECTION

The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1) issues this Advisory to warn its MCOs and the general public concerning the rampant selling and promotion of Energy-Saving Devices or ESDs to reduce electric bills by trying to paint a negative image of MORESCO-1 as being the cause of high power rates.

We would like to inform everyone that these activities tend to deceive our energy consumers and promote the personal interests of these unscrupulous peddlers. To verify their claim for efficiency, consumers should ask from these sellers a test result coming from the DOE regarding their ESD .

As to other acts considered as “fixing” transactions with MORESCO-1 and collection of fees or power bill payments in behalf of MORESCO-1 , this is strictly prohibited by MORESCO-1 and futher issues this advisory in the light of recent reports received that there are individuals who are collecting fees from our MCOs.

MORESCO-1 advises the public to transact only with our Service Area Offices and pay through our Authorized Paying Stations or thru authorized online payment partners.

Ang MORESCO-1 Screening Committee nga gilangkuban sa mga miyembro sa Management Committee sa MORESCO-1 gipanguluhan sa Institutional Services Manager, ang departamento nga maoy gi-mandato sa pagpadagan sa mga election-related activities sa Kooperatiba ubos sa mandato sa NEA Memo No. 2014-019 – 2014 Guidelines on the Conduct of EC District Election for Electric Cooperatives.” Dated 01 July 2014, Section 13.2.2 nga gaingun “In no less than seven (7) days before the election, the Screening Committee shall prepare the duly certified candidates and officially inform all applicants accordingly.”
