Pursuant to DOE Circular No. 2018-05-0014 entitled “Creating the Energy Task Force Election to Ensure Adequate and Reliable Energy Supply Before, During and After Elections” and
NEA Memo No. 2023-43 entitled ” Preparations Before, During and After Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections and Guidelines For Reporting of Electric Cooperatives to The NEA Power Taskforce Elections 2023″,

Effective immediately, the ESDM is placing the entire M1 Franchise under RED ALERT STATUS.

All functional/support groups under the M1 Taskforce BSK Election 2023 is fully activated. Thank you. God bless us all and Keep Safe Everyone.
