The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1), through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to bid for the procurement of
MORESCO-I 2024 WALL CALENDAR.
SPECIFICATIONS
NUMBER: 100,000 COPIES
SIZE: 22×34 inches
PAPER: Substance 16: Class A Bond Paper (Good Quality)
COLOR: 2 colors (blue & red)
NO. OF MONTHS PER PAGE: Two (2) months per page
APPROVED BUDGET COST: 2,500,000 inclusive of transportation and freight charges
TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30 days after FULL DELIVERY (NOTE: Transportation and freight charges are inclusive to the ABC)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
I. With High Tide and Low Tide indicators/details.
II. With Lunar Phases indicated in the Calendar (New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon, Last Quarter.
III. Adherence to the template layout as provided by Client (ISD)
IV. Same header and footer design per page.
V. Provide a sample of the size, paper, and printing output during the bid opening or evaluation.
VI. Provide a printed wall calendar for approval of layout, finalization of template, and proofreading must be done 7 days (including weekends) after receipt of Notice of Award.
VII. Secure final approval (signed sample) from TWG | BAC before mass production.
VIII. Individual calendars must be securely rolled when delivered to ease distribution.
IX. BIDS OPEN TO LOCAL SUPPLIERS IN MISAMIS ORIENTAL AND SUPPLIERS FROM OTHER MAJOR CITIES IN THE PHILIPPINES.

FOB Destination – MORESCO-1 Warehouse, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental
TOTAL 2,500,000.00
The scope of technical requirements or specifications are outlined in the Bid Documents to be provided to all interested bidders upon application addressed to the Chairman of Bids and Awards Committee and payment of the corresponding bid fee as stated above.
The project shall be bid in accordance with the provisions of R.A. 10531.
Attendees to the pre-bid conference are only the prospective bidders who have bought bid documents, or their authorized representative (duly notarized).
Bidders shall submit samples as required by the BAC with proper labelling.
Bid Security must be 2% of the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the form of cash, cashier’s check or manager’s check and Bank Guarantee only.
MORESCO-1 hereby reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses, accepts or rejects any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or party.
