The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1) warns its MCOs and the general public against unscrupulous individuals and / or entities that offers assistance to unsuspecting MORESCO-1 applicants, merchants, and client-agencies to facilitate speedy completion of transactions, and/ or Construction in Aid (CIA). Moresco-1 further advices its MCOs not to deal with unauthorized individuals posing as employee and / or using the name of its officials and personnel, including insignia, brand marks, and official logo for pecuniary gain or any other advantage and consideration

Such an act is considered “fixing” and is strictly prohibited by MORESCO-1 and issues this advisory in the light of recent reports received that there are individuals who are collecting fees from our MCOs.

MORESCO-1 advises the public to transact only with our Service Area Offices and pay through our Authorized Paying Stations or thru authorized online payment partners. Please take note with the following MORESCO-1 official contact information:

?JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for the smooth management process of the radio station such as but not limited to managing the logistics, proper housekeeping, handling of manpower under this project, security measures and other related function.


?TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise the office created for this project such as but not limited to Production, Marketing, Accounts and the Technical.

Prepare recommendation for the program contents/ production as recommended by the production office and contract engagements for commercials and other income generating revenue, subject for approval of the ISDM and GM of Moresco-1.

Close coordination with the ISD for the integration of some programs and activities of MCOs under institutional activities.

Responsible for the supervision of the marketing department/ committee created to augment more sales/ revenue.

Networking with the stakeholders and possible clients and source of information and/or news for the program.

Responsible for the implementation of radio broadcasting issuances, rules, regulations and laws pertaining to radio operations

Report preparations and performance evaluation of the manpower under this project.


?QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in any behavioral science, Management, Marketing, Media Related and other related courses that can best fit this position

At least 4-year supervisory experience and/or its equivalent.

High Integrity, good human relations, good working habit.

Excellent in written and oral communication both in English and Filipino.

Has knowledge and background in radio operation.

Assertive, mature and able to work under pressure.

Substantial engagement in networking and marketing.

A resident within the franchise area of Moresco-1.

PAHIBALO PARA SA TANAN NATONG MGA MEMBER-CONSUMER-OWNERS (MCOs)

MAO KINI ANG ATONG “POWER RATES UPDATE” alang sa atong mga RESIDENTIAL CONSUMERS para sa Billing Month sa MAYO 2022 : Php 12.60 / kWh.

Adunay pagkunhod sa presyo sa kuryente balor ug Php 0.0184 centavos kada kWh tungod kay ang Systems Loss Rate miubos apil na usab ang Transmission Rate. Hinoon ang misaka mao ang Generation Rate, RPT Rate, Business Tax ug Franchise Tax.

Gusto natong ipahinumdom sa tanang mga MCOs nga ang taripa sa MORESCO-1 striktong ginapasubay ug gina-regulate sa Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). Maong ang atuang Power Bill Computation naka-base sa mga balaud nga gina-pagawas sa ERC, kung diin:

  1. GENERATION, TRANSMISSION ug GOVERNMENT CHARGES – Ihan-ay kini isip mga “Pass-Through Costs”. Tungod kay ang MORESCO-1 usa ka non-stock, non-profit, service oriented nga kooperatiba sa serbisyo sa kuryente, dili kita pwede magpa-tubo. Kung unsa gayud ang tinuod ug tataw nga palit sa pag-angkat sa kuryente gikan sa mga Power Generation Companies, mga gasto sa atong pag-gamit sa mga High Voltage Power Lines sa NGCP para maabot ang gipang-angkat nga kuryente ni MORESCO-1 sa iyang mga substations ug ang buluwisan sa kuryente, mao lamang sab ang sukton ug walay bisan pila ka sentimo nga nadugang.
  • DISTRIBUTION CHARGE – Kini mao ang galastohan sa pag-apud-apud sa kuryente nga mupa-ingon sa atuang MORESCO-1. Isip usa ka non-stock, non-profit, service oriented nga kooperatiba sa kuryente, ang taripa dili pwede magpa-ginansya, dapat igu lamang para sa atuang Operation, Maintenance ug Capital Expenditure Projects.
