In a data from DPWH Region X on its completed road projects in a coup;le of years – a total of 139 completed road projects were listed wherein about 70% of these projects were delayed before completion. Policy recommendations to expedite the Road Right of Way Acquisitions for Government Projects were introduced by EnP Engineer Mezlaine Jay S. Pacana, the OIC Supervising Development Specialist, under PMED NEDA-X, after which a Report on the Inventory of Road Projects with RROW issues in Region X was presented by the Regional Director of DPWH-X Dir.
