The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested, eligible, and reputable suppliers, contractors, and bidders to participate in the public bidding for the following procurement projects:
1. MORESCO-1 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESIDENTIAL KILOWATT-HOUR METER AND SPARE PARTS APP 2025
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PHP 12,460,000.00
Bid Fee (Non-refundable): PHP 25,000.00
Scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Meter 10(60) A Bottom Infra Red
- Meter 15(100) A Socket Infra Red
- Wall Mounted Outdoor Enclosure Box
- kWh Meter Power Transformer DB2-04-2, 1-Phase, 240V
- LCD Type kWh Meter with accessories
Delivery Period: 30 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed
2. LABOR FOR CUSTOMER DRIVEN LINE CONSTRUCTION (SECOND PUBLICATION)
ABC: PHP 14,876,175.18
Bid Fee (Non-refundable): PHP 25,000.00
Scope includes:
- Provision of labor manpower services for Customer Driven Distribution Line Construction
Delivery Period: Starting January 1, 2026
3. SUPPLY OF LABOR AND VARIOUS DISTRIBUTION LINE MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF DISTRIBUTION LINE EXTENSION FOR THREE (3) SITIOS AND INSTALLATION OF HOUSEWIRING MATERIALS UNDER 2021–2023 SUBSIDY SAVINGS
ABC: PHP 4,640,979.00
Bid Fee (Non-refundable): PHP 5,000.00
Scope includes:
- Distribution Line Materials
- Installation of kWh Meters and Service Assembly Units
- Duplex Service Drop Wires
- Housewiring materials for One Hundred Sixteen (116) households
Delivery Period: 30 days materials delivery, 30 days construction
4. SUPPLY OF LABOR AND VARIOUS DISTRIBUTION LINE MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION/ENHANCEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION LINE FROM BARANGAY BAYANGA TO BARANGAY TAGLIMAO, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY WITH FOUR (4) PASSBY PUROKS/SITIOS AND INSTALLATION OF 79 POTENTIAL HOUSEHOLD CONNECTIONS UNDER 2021–2023 SUBSIDY SAVINGS
ABC: PHP 51,018,960.00

Scope includes:
- Distribution Line Enhancement Works
- Supply and Installation of KWh Meters, Service Assembly Units, Duplex Service Drop Wires
- Housewiring for Seventy-Nine (79) Connections

BID REQUIREMENTS
- Purchase of Bid Documents and submission of Letter of Intent
- Attendance to Pre-Bidding Conference (only to those with purchased bid documents or duly notarized representatives)
- Bid Security equivalent to 2% of ABC (Cash/Cashier’s or Manager’s Check/Bank Draft/Guarantee/Credit Line issued by Universal or Commercial Bank)
MORESCO-1 reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, annul the bidding process, or declare a failure of bidding without incurring liability to any affected bidder or party.
