
The 2025–2026 MORESCO-1 Board of Directors
The Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative, Inc. (MORESCO-1) proudly presents its newly constituted Board of Directors for the term 2025–2026. As one of the leading electric cooperatives in Northern Mindanao, MORESCO-1 continues to uphold its mission of delivering reliable, sustainable, and inclusive energy services to its growing community of member-consumer-owners (MCOs).
Guided by its vision of “Beyond Power: Energizing Communities, Empowering Lives,” the new board represents a dynamic mix of experienced leaders who bring with them integrity, expertise, and a strong commitment to public service. Their collective stewardship will ensure that MORESCO-1 remains responsive to the demands of the modern energy landscape while staying true to its cooperative principles.

Notes on Caretaker Districts
- Alubijid District remains under caretaker-ship following two failed elections in 2024 and one in 2025.
- Talakag and 11 Barangays of Cagayan de Oro are likewise under caretaker-ship after the resignation of Director Bryan Lucky Noble to pursue public service in the 2025 local elections.
Looking Ahead
Together, the 2025–2026 Board of Directors and the MORESCO-1 management pledge to uphold excellence, innovation, and community-centered service. With unity and foresight, they will lead the cooperative in addressing the challenges of a rapidly evolving power industry—expanding renewable energy initiatives, modernizing systems, and ensuring a stable and affordable power supply.
