📌JOB OBJECTIVE

• Formulates, develops and monitors Marketing Strategies gearing towards customer attraction and retention.
• Establishes, manages and implements programs that would assure proper and appropriate care of Corporate Key Accounts and major indicative customers.
• Responsible in the study, development, updating and implementation of new business models, products and services to enhance business sustainability of the Cooperative.
• Ensures the cooperative’s competitiveness and business growth through responsive business development and implementation of strategic marketing activities.

📌TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Studies, develops and recommends business models, products and services aligned with the Power Industry Business Segregation that would enhance the sustainability of the Cooperative’s core business.
• Oversees the implementation of approved pilot business projects, ensure business viability and smooth transition thereof during institutionalization
• Facilitates, recommends, implements and promotes Corporate Marketing Strategies that would ensure attraction of “new” and “retention” of existing customers — including the development of strategies to recover key accounts.
• Maintains and updates business profiles of Corporate Key Accounts.
• Implements corporate programs that strengthens and build partnerships and establish network to ensure prompt response of Key Accounts needed in coordination with respective departments and stakeholders.
• Conducts scanning of the power industry and respective government agencies and provides Corporate Planning Office with timely and relevant information to enhance corporate strategies and plans
• Coordinates with the Corporate Affairs Office and Service Area Customer Officers for products and services promotional    programs and activities.
• Develops, creates and presents materials for promotional activities and project studies.
• Submits regular and special reports related to business development and marketing and required by the department and performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

📌QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree in Business Related Courses, preferably related to business development and marketing
• At least 2-year experience in Marketing and related functions
• Knowledge on Power and other-related Industries and a resident within the franchise area.

📌JOB OBJECTIVE • Ensures correct load profile analyses necessary for the trading activities and distribution system requirement in compliance with the Grid and Distribution Code. • Conducts load analyses on available energy to meet utilities requirements and prepares load forecasts to include the special and key accounts consumer and technical cost-of-service studies.

📌TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Researches and analyzes relevant information on particular issues in the electric power industry specifically in compliance to the distribution and grid code; • Coordinates with the Power Quality Engineer, Service Area Managers for the forecast on the energy or demand power requirement to those captive members, Special or Key Account customers • Participates and works with other public agencies and utility groups or organizations on technical studies to achieve goals of mutual benefit and need. • Assists in developing load forecast for the contracts of electric service of a Key Account or special load customers as needed. • Conducts primary in-person and telephone interviews with the Service Area Managers or the customers for the potential changes in their power requirement. • Gathers economic and market information of customers, suppliers, competitor, government agencies power requirement, availability and capacity as applicable. • Recommends efficient energy trading requirement • Reviews and analyzes monthly transactions on load profile of the distribution and those traded in the market; • Provides correct and adequate forecast on power requirement for future procurement and marketing activities of power supply • Validates metering statement of account issued by a power supplier or system operator in coordination with the Distribution System Operator and the Economic and Rate Analyst and submit report on any erroneous billing issued by the power supplier at most 3 days upon receipt of the bill; • Updates and maintains data bank regarding energy purchase on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and annual bases as well as weather and climatic conditions, with the corresponding hourly energy consumption with its equivalent cost. • Renders daily report on the demand and energy profile of the distribution and those traded in the market for the hourly previous day transactions to the Energy Trading Chief.

📌QUALIFICATIONS • Registered Electrical Engineer • At least 2-year of relevant experience • Preferably with background on electric power industry. • Proficient in written and oral communication skills and adept in business • Resident within the franchise area

📌JOB OBJECTIVE

• To ensure connectivity & integrity of all communication network of the Cooperative. • To administer appropriate use and protection of the Communications Network consistent with the specified requirements of the Cooperative and ensuring security of information running in the network. • To ensure that all hardware and infrastructure supporting the network are in accordance with proper specifications and of optimal use. • To ensure proper implementation of the maintenance program of hardware and infrastructure supporting the cooperative’s communication networks.

📌TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducts technological research and makes proposals for communication network infrastructures, including hardware requirements, to ensure network integrity and security and to enable continuing innovations to ensure responsiveness of the network. • Supervise the installation and ensures operational efficiency of all required communication network infrastructure • Formulates Network Maintenance program and ensure appropriate implementation to maintain connectivity and reliability 24/7. • Evaluates and assesses the efficiency, reliability and integrity of the Network and provides appropriate recommendations for timely management actions. • Ensures the effective, prudent and accountable use of network resources including bandwidth management by ensuring compliance to relevant policies, guidelines and procedures. • Oversees the engagement of internet service providers and ensures compliance to terms and provisions in the contract. • Assists the ICT Division Chief in the negotiation, securing agreements and oversee the contract for lease agreement of private properties utilized by the cooperative in the communication network systems. • Secures the network facility of the cooperative including appropriate protection from viruses. • Ensures that communication network access and user’s security levels are strictly implemented and in accordance to company policies and guidelines • Evaluates and recommends appropriate computer hardware specifications to all company users in accordance to the requirements of the job. • Assists the ICT Division Chief in the planning and implementation of Disaster Recovery preparedness for all ICT infrastructure, information systems and databases. • Acts as the Officer-In-Charge of the ICT Division in case of management directives in the absence of the ICT Division Chief • Submits reportorial requirements timely and completely. • Identifies staff development and training needs • Evaluates and verify employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.• Assumes other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

📌QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering • With 3-year experience in network administration and maintenance • Highly knowledgeable on current information technologies and trends • Adept knowledge on power industry operation • Resident within the franchise area
